cavorting and contorting

cavorting inside
these thoughts
light black and dark white
also emotions
of a deepest shade of blue
run amok all over the inside

the loneliness felt
while amongst dear people
the distance apart
so far from heart to heart
physical displacement
contorting the mind
torturing the soul
flattering the ego
flattening the selfsame self

contorting the inside
tumultously troublesome musings
cross the ocean that
is conscious thought
all energy goin down a landslide
draining every single inch
of my whole being
