and absorb all the detail
while we're chatting away
your smile-eyes-highcheekbones
the way you twist your lips
in a smirk, your elegant jawline even
the twist of the tongue when you're speaking
each time i see you i bask
in the pleasure of watching your face
and i pleasurably stare
as an innocent child would
